Tickets for our 2024 convention, Gallifrey One’s Miracle on 34th Street, are now on sale! For added convenience, you can also pre-purchase our 2024 convention T-shirt and souvenir tote bag. We recommend reading the following important information regarding prices, terms and conditions before making your purchase.
Ticket Prices for 2024
Ticket prices for Gallifrey One’s Miracle on 34th Street are as follows:
- $125.00 Adult Full Weekend
- $75.00 Teen Full Weekend (Ages 12-16)
- $35.00 Child Full Weekend (Ages 3-11)
We do NOT sell single day tickets to Gallifrey One; we only sell full-weekend passes, in order to provide access to all of our guests and programming to everyone throughout the weekend.
An additional processing fee of $7.00 per ticket will be added to each order, which pays for our service provider (Member Solutions) as well as credit card processing.
- Your general admission ticket includes full access to the convention, including all four program tracks (in Program A, B, C & D), which includes all guest interviews, Q&A sessions, panels, presentations and discussions; and access to the Gallifrey One Dealers Room, Art Show, video room, gaming lounge, kaffeeklatsches, and meetups & events (in Program D & E, on the convention patio and elsewhere). Every guest of Gallifrey One (except signing-only guests, who are clearly indicated on our list) appears as part of the main convention program.
- Optional events not included in the prices of admission include the following: photo studio sessions with guests; the Friday & Saturday evening guest receptions; and exclusive VIP script readings and meet & greet sessions. These are sold, along with the TARDIS Tag and Diamond Passes, by our partners at Convention Photo Shoots, and are NOT required to fully enjoy the convention.
- Please note that while many guests autograph freely throughout the weekend, our actor guests and other select individuals autograph for a nominal fee. We do NOT pre-sell any autographs, except those included in the TARDIS Tag & Diamond Pass items sold by Convention Photo Shoots.
We are once again using our provider Member Solutions for our ticket and merchandise sales, like we did in 2023. You will receive an email shortly after purchase with your order confirmation… please remember that, when you are searching later for your ticket information, you will not be searching for EventBrite. (Note that our partners at Convention Photo Shoots still use EventBrite for sales of photo ops, guest receptions and other add-on items.)
WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS OF ANY KIND. All sales are final. We do not sell day tickets, only full weekend passes.
We no longer allow ticket resales of any kind. Ticket buyers may, at any time prior to February 1, 2024, reassign individual tickets they purchased to different parties. This includes giving a ticket to a friend or family member, or changing the name on a current paid ticket to a new party, provided that NO money changes hands between individuals. Only Gallifrey One Conventions may sell tickets to our events.
Please note: the phrase “CPP*GALLIFREY ONE CONVENT” will appear on your bank or credit card statement for your purchase of tickets or convention merchandise; this is the transaction from our vendor, Member Solutions. Any returned payment will be assessed a $25.00 fee. Any unsuccessful electronic transaction is subject to a $15.00 processing fee. Please read additional processing details on the payment screen during your order.
2024 T-Shirts & Tote Bags
Please note: T-shirt and tote bag pre-orders ended on January 15, 2024. We will have a limited stock of both items available for sale on site; to purchase, or to pick-up your pre-order, visit the Gallifrey One Merchandise Sales desk in the back of our Dealers Room at the convention. We recommend visiting that desk as early as possible in the weekend as we will run out of additional stock.
Convention T-shirts and Tote Bags for 2024 are available for pickup at the convention’s Sales Desk, which will once again be located at the back of the Gallifrey One Dealers Room. The Sales Desk will be open during regular Dealers Room business hours: Friday and Saturday from 10:00am to 6:00pm, and Sunday from 10:00am to mid-afternoon. You can stop by to pick up your pre-ordered items; we’ll also have a limited amount of additional shirts and tote bags from this year, along with some previous years’ merchandise, available at the Sales Desk while supplies last.
Convention merchandise must be picked up on site; we will not ship it to you, and there are no exceptions.

Ticket Terms and Conditions
As a condition of purchase of tickets to Gallifrey One conventions, you must accept the following during the purchase process. These rules are bound to the persons using a ticket for entry into the convention at all times, regardless of whether they are the original buyer or not:
- Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- Resales of tickets between parties are not allowed.
- Changes to tickets may be made as follows:
- The name on a ticket may be changed in advance by the person who purchased the ticket, by sending email to Gallifrey One (see our contact us page); this is primarily for people who purchase multiple tickets in their own name to distribute to friends or family members, or changing individuals within one’s party. Only the ticket buyer may contact us.
- Name transfers on tickets may also be made on site at our Convention Registration desk, but the current ticket holder must be physically present to make the change.
- There is no need to contact us after purchase to give us your change of address as we only use your address during the purchase.
- Deferrals of tickets to subsequent years are not permitted.
- All other terms and conditions required during purchase include:
- Consent to abide by all California, Los Angeles County, and City of Los Angeles laws and requirements, as well as Gallifrey One’s posted policies at the time of the event. These can be found on our Convention Policies page
- Understanding of the terms and conditions above regarding no refunds, no resales and no deferrals.
- Acknowledgement that all convention attendees will obey all posted rules and regulations of the convention while on premises at all times, including our mandatory courtesy policy, anti-harassment policy, policies regarding video recording or retransmission/streaming, and other policies as noted on our Convention Policies page.
- Finally, your understanding that Gallifrey One does not sell tickets based upon any attending or announced individual convention guest; we will not offer refunds or deferrals to anyone who wishes one because of the cancellation of a guest or guests. All guest appearances at Gallifrey One are subject to work commitments or other factors (including COVID-19 related issues) and are announced as such at all times.
Please note that any attempt by an individual to challenge the legitimate purchase of a ticket by disputing the charge with their bank or financial institution will result in the permanent ban of that person from this convention. Remember: all ticket buyers agree to the “no refunds” policy and other terms & conditions upon confirming the sale of each ticket. You have been warned.

Why do we not offer any refunds? Fan run conventions like ours budget for our expenses every year based on convention pre-registration; therefore, when you register for the convention, the funds you provide are allocated immediately… for things like guest expenses (air travel & hoteling), publications, technical expenses (lighting and sound) and other stuff that makes our event unique (like ribbons, signs and decoration). Refunding memberships may make us fall short of our expectations and our contracts, causing considerable financial concerns.
